I came to learn that most fitness web sites and magazines are merely propaganda vehicles used to advertise supplements! So, I figured that since experimentation led me to the correct muscle building path, I now needed to put that same effort into my diet so I could find a way to lose fat without burning away muscle and becoming a living skeleton.
